Shark Frenzy will be held in conjuction with "Fit Fest 2025". 

Early check in and weigh ins will be Jan 17th 12pm to 7pm at the ABC Center Exhibit Hall 

Will have weigh ins at 8am before the comp

1.)  Viking Press reps in 60 sec  NOTE- my viking press is very smooth dont be afraid of the weight 

Athlete will start with hands on the bars, facing away from the press. Reps will recieve down command and a tap and go is allowed. Elbows must be locked out and feet side by side. Use whatever techinque to get the weight lifted. Athlete can remove hands and rest within the 60 secs.

Allowed: Soft and hard belt, knee and elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk, 

Not allowed: elbow/knee wraps, tacky or tacky towel, or suits  

2. Max Axle Deadlift **State Record**

Lift it!! 3 attempts, miss an attempt and you are out .. weight will go up by 10 pounds for women and 20 pounds for me

Remind me to set up an area for to put on baby powder 

Allowed: single or multi-ply suits or briefs, straps, knee sleeves, baby powder    

Not Allowed: tacky/tacky towels, knee and elbow wraps 

3. Farmers Hold Texas State Record 17 inch pick height 

Athelte starts with hands on the implement. Pick up when given start command and hold

Allowed: elbow/knee sleeves, wrist wraps, soft and hard belt 

Not allowed: elbow/knee wraps, tacky, tacky chalk, or tacky towel, suits, or straps / hooks/ figure 8s 

4. Sled Push / Pull 40ft 

** If  I remember correctly, the floor is linoleum.. this may impact the weight on the sleds. I may need to adjust day of comp.

1st sled Standing Sled Pull - arm over arm 

 2nd sled regular push to end 

30 foot 

Allowed:Chalk, sleeves, belts, gloves, bare feet 

Not allowed:  knee/elbow wraps, cleats, socks only

5. Sand Bag Load reps/60sec - load height 44 inches women / 50 inches men 

Start with hands on bag, load, hands off for rep, unload and repeat for 60 secs. 

Allowed: Soft and hard belt, knee and elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk, grip shirt  

Not Allowed: tacky/tacky towels, baby powder, knee and elbow wraps
