Meet will start at 9AM. Weigh ins will be at the gym Friday evening from 4-7 and Saturday morning beginning at 8AM

Parking is around the front and sides of the building along with down the side of the road.

There will be an optional surprise competition after the meet for anyone that wants to participate for a cash payout.

We plan to have a food truck on site as well.

Event 1- Log press for reps: You will have 1 minute to press the log as many times as you can. Most reps wins the event. Clean once and press away, you can drop the log.

Event 2 - Yoke Carry: You will have 1 minute to carry the yoke as far as you can. It will be a down and back so you will be able to drop at the end and turn around to take the yoke back. Farthest distance wins. Only drops at turns, if you drop before the turn your attempt is over.

Event 3 - Trap bar deadlift with elevated handles: You will have 1 minute to pick up weight as many times as you can. Most reps wins. Suits and straps allowed. Down command only.

Event 4 - Hand over hand car pull: You will be sitting inside a tire and pulling a car/truck toward you. Fastest time wins the event.
