This will be an indoor event. Spectator fee is $10 per person at the door. Kids 6 and under are free. Empire Gym members are free as well.
Log Press -
Kids will clean and press the log as many times as possible in 60 seconds. We have awesome judges and staff that will help the athletes through the event.
Atlas Stones -
Kids will load 3 round "stones" to a platform within a 60 second time limit
Carry Medley -
Kids will pickup and carry 3 odd implements for a defined distance and drop them in order. 60 second time limit.
Arm over Arm Sled Drag
Kids will pull a rope connected to a sled with weight plates added. Goal is to pull the sled a defined distance across the line in the 60 second time limit. Any kids that cannot complete the pull in the time limit will get credit for distance pulled.
