Log Press Ladder

-60s limit, 5 logs to press in ascending weight, fastest time wins, reps recorded if all not lifted, ties possible if not all logs are lifted

Yoke Carry into Farmers Carry, 50' up and 50' back

-Run Yoke 50 feet, break line, run farmers 50 feet, break line, fastest time wins, distance taken if not finished

no straps allowed

Wagon Wheel Deadlift

-For reps in 60s, on an axle, elevated pick, no bouncing, suits and straps allowed, ties possible

must strap in during time

Max Axle Press

-60s limit, can jump in out whenever, DE Records eligible, heaviest weight wins, ties possible, done once you miss

Stone Over Bar

46" Height for Women and 50" Height for Men

-Load a stone over a bar repeatedly for reps, most reps wins, ties possible

no tacky, tacky towels ok, grip shirts ok

This is a great show to qualify for 2022 USS NATIONALS !

The venue is indoors & outdoors and is brand new!
