Athlete check-in:
There will not be weight in.
Athletes must check in before 0900 on 03/08/25 at Top Crop Barbell
All athletes must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the competition
No spectator fees
Awards/Prizes:
Medals will be given for 1st-3rd place
Events:
- Circus DB- each class will get a version of the CDB to press. This is max reps for 30secs (0-6) and 60secs (7-15)
- Max Deadlift - 1 rep max with a barbell - pick height and bar size will be adjusted for different age classes
- Stone/Medicine Ball Load- athlete will load a series of stones or medicine balls over a bar. Load height will be at chest level
- Sandbag Medley- 30 ft front hold carry each of the 3 sandbags
