Event Logistics

Event will be held at CrossFit Frontier. Guidance on parking will be sent to all participants, and posted to the Facebook Event Page for spectators. 

Lifters Meeting will be held at 9:30AM, and lifting will start at 10AM.

Early Bird Registration

For early bird pricing, please register on or before August 31st. Registration will remain open until October 25th, or the day before the event.

Note that during the event you must wear a Competition Tee issued by competition staff. Your grip shirt may be worn underneath the competition shirt. 

Refund Cut Off

Registration refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Meet Director after October 5th. 

Weigh-Ins and Weight Classes

Weigh Ins will be held the day before the event at Frontier Nutrition in Cheyenne. The address is below. Weigh Ins will be open from 10AM-12PM and from 4PM to 6:30PM. 

On the day of the event, check-ins and weigh-ins will open at 8AM inside CrossFit Frontier. All check-ins and weigh-ins will close promptly at 9AM to allow for time to prepare for the rules meeting and the event. 

This event is sanctioned by United States Strongman, so the weight classes posted below in the matrix are USS weight classes. The Static Monsters organization has it's own weight classes, and those can be found at StrengthResults.com. When you weigh in, you will fall into whatever weight class is applicable for the different organizations.

Event 1: Max Log

State Record Event

The event will be run in flights with a 12” Rogue Log for men and a 10” Rogue Log for women.

Event 2: Max Elevated Deadlift

The event will be run in flights with a 2” Axle. Bar height will be at roughly 16.5”.

Event 3: Farmer’s Hold for Time

State Record Event

Athlete’s will pickup the farmer’s handles and hold for time. The time starts when the athlete has the handles locked out. 

Chalk only. No tacky, straps, or other grip aids are allowable.
