Weigh-ins Friday, February 9th 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM or Day of event, February 10th, starting at 8:00 AM at The OFG Compound.

Any weight class with less than 3 athletes will be combined.

Three New York State Records will be up for grabs:

~Max Stone

~ Max Farmer's Hold

~ Axle Clean and Press Away

Stone to shoulder.

-Shoulder an atlas stone from the floor for max reps in 60 seconds.  

-Must wait for the down command on each rep.   

-For each rep, the stone will be guided, not dropped to a drop pad, rolled off and lifted from the floor.  

-NO BOUNCING the Atlas Stones

-No tacky 

Farmers Hold for max time.  

-Time starts when the athlete fully lifts the handles and ends when any part of the implament touches the ground.

-No straps. Wrist wraps and elbow sleeves allowed. 

Frame carry.  

-Max distance in 60 seconds.

-Straps allowed but no figure 8s. 

-Unlimited drops.

-Re-pick at 50’ for the direction change.  

-The runway will be sectioned into 10’ increments for scoring. The entire implement must cross the line for that distance to count.

Axle Clean and Press Away: 

 -Clean axle from the floor and press away for as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. 

-Continental clean allowed. No Belt cleans. 

-Cannot have more than 1 under belt and/or 1 hard belt.  

-Must wait for down command. 

- Grip shirt, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps allowed. 

Max Atlas Stone over bar. 

-3 attempts . 

-Wessels rule. 

-Loading height  50” men 46” women.  

-Tacky ok.  Rising bar format. 

*No deadlift suits for any event

*Grip shirt allowed for all events
