Event Rules

*Events, event order, and weight matrix are subject to change*

• Stone Press: Athlete will clean and press their stone for reps in :60. There will be down commands. Belt, sleeves, grip shirt, and chalk all allowed. No tacky.
• Stone Put: Using the same trig setup for Braemar stone, athlete will throw the stone for max distance 3 attempts allowed. Throw may be performed in any manner (Braemar, open, overhead, chest pass, etc) but crossing the trig will be a foul.  Belt, sleeves, chalk all allowed.  No tacky.
• Dinnie Farmer's Carry: Athlete will pick and carry two ring-handled stones for max distance, no drops.  Belt, sleeves, chalk, tape all allowed.  No tacky.
• Stone to Shoulder:  Athlete will shoulder their stone for reps in :60. There will be down commands. Belt, sleeves, grip shirt, and chalk all allowed. No tacky.
• Stone Carry: Athlete will pick the stone and carry for max distance turns every 50' . Belt, sleeves, chalk, tape all allowed.  No tacky.
