Top 3 in each open class will qualify for 2024 nationals, as well as the winner of each novice division.

The winner of each open class will win $200 prize money. MUST have 3 competitors in division.

Weigh ins will be by appointment on September 29. And from 7-9 the day of the event.

Rules meeting is at 9.

Log Clean and Press: Athletes will have 60 seconds to CLEAN AND PRESS EACH REP on the log. All men and women will use 12in logs. Grip shirts, all types of elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, belts and chalk allowed.

Max Hexbar Deadlift: This will be rising bar format with Wessels' Rules applying. Athletes can jump in at any weight that they would like to attempt. Three attempts are allowed but if you miss a lift you are done. Weight will increase in 20lb increments. Handle height will be at 11.3". Suits and deadlifting briefs ARE NOT allowed. Figure 8 and regular straps are allowed, knee sleeves and all belts and chalk are allowed.

Sandbag Carry into Sled Drag: Athletes will have 60 seconds to carry the sandbag 50ft then return to the starting line to drag the sled backwards 50ft. If not completed in 60 seconds a distance will be given.

Duck Walk into Power Stairs: Athletes will have 60sec to move the duck walk handle 50ft then use the same handle to do the power stairs. The power stairs will be a box that the athlete will lift and set the implement on then move it back to the ground and repeat for 5 total reps. Women will have a box height of 12in, men will have a box height of 18in. NO STRAPS ALLOWED. If not completed in 60seconds a number of reps will be given.

Atlas Stone Series: Athletes will have 60seconds to complete a 4 stone series to varying heights. Heights are yet to be determined but the lightest stone will be loaded to the tallest height, then platforms will get shorter as stones get heavier. Split times will be taken for each stone that is loaded. All belts and tacky are allowed. Tacky is allowed in the designated tacky area. If seen applying tacky outside of that area, athlete will receive a zero for the event.

$10 spectator fee for those 12 and up
