Weigh ins are 03/25 800AM to 400PM & 3/26 700AM to 800AM - Rules Meeting will be held at 830AM, Events will start @ 900AM

1.) Axle Clean & Press for max weight: 60 Seconds per attempt, 3 Attempts (Wessels Rules), if you fail at any one of the attempts, your event is over and the last recorded weight is the highest weight lifted. 

Athletes will clean once and press heaviest weight per attempt.  Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete the attempt / press. Strict press, push press, split jerk, and push jerk all allowed. Elbows must be locked overhead, and head through to receive a down call. DO NOT DROP THE WEIGHT FROM OVERHEAD. YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR THIS EVENT. Axle must be lowered controlled to the floor.

Equipment allowed: Sleeves, Grip Shirts (No SC/OSG), Wrist Wraps, and Belt. Not Allowed: Tacky, tacky towel, suits, briefs, lifting straps or grip aids of any kind aside from chalks.

2.) Medley - For Time. 2 Minute time limit overall.

A) First leg is the Anchor Chain Drag - Lifter is required to lift one end and drag the chain to 60 Ft, Athlete and Chain must cross the line to conclude the portion of the event.

B) Second Leg is Farmers Cary - Lifter must grip, lift and carry the apparatus, athlete and load must cross the line to complete the portion of the event.

c) Third Leg, Seated Rope Pull, Athlete will get seated and grip a rope (@ 1-1.5" in diameter) and pull the Rope from the seated position. dragging the anchor chain across the line. 

Chalk is permitted, no grip additives or gloves allowed. if an athlete does not complete a portion of the event, the progress is stopped at that point, distance and time for the stoppage is recorded to determine greatest level of completion. Score will be determined by greatest level of completion at the time of stoppage. 

3.) Car 18" Deadlift - 60 Sec. For Reps / Time. This load will be a compact car mounted atop of a custom-built apparatus that will test your true strength and endurance. Rep and time are recorded to determine score. This will be a touch and go event. 

Chalk is permitted, no grip additives or gloves. However, wrist straps are permitted. No deadlift / squat suits or briefs permitted for competition. Lifter must await the command from the judge for the signal of completion of the rep, rep will not be counted if the lifter does not await the command. If lifter drops the load your score is "0", lifter must control the load to the ground. 

4.) Super Yoke - 60 Sec. For distance / Time. Lifter will take the load on shoulders across the back and carry for distance and time, lifter will carry the load across the line and turn around and come back the other way repeating the process for distance against time. Distance and time are recorded for score. 

Chalk is permitted, Knee sleeves are permitted (not to exceed 9mm thickness), no knee wraps, no squat / deadlift suits permitted. Singlets are permitted. 

5.) Car Squat (Conventional) - 60 Sec. For Reps / Time. This load will be a compact car mounted atop of a custom-built apparatus that will test your true strength and endurance. Rep and time are recorded to determine score.  Lifter must determine pin height of both bar height across the back and bottom of squat height. This will be a touch at the bottom, and go event. Top will be command by judge. 

Chalk is permitted, Knee sleeves are permitted (not to exceed 9mm thickness), no knee wraps, no squat / deadlift suits permitted. Singlets are permitted.
