Time starts on the judge's signal for a good lockout (knees & hips locked out with torso upright) and ends when any part of either Ring + Weight setup touches the ground. The heavier of the two weights will be on the larger diameter ring and the lighter weight on the smaller ring. The athlete must hold 1 ring in front of the body and 1 behind the body (which ring is in front/behind is upto the athlete). Hook grip is not permitted.
