Early weigh-ins on the 22nd from 9am to 12 pm and then 2 pm to 4 pm. The day off weigh-ins 8 to 9 am.

Must have strongman corp membership to participate. 

Log clean and press

clean once and press away. athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. Must control implement if you drop to the pads. No built up shelf in belt. Athlete must wait for down call before starting next rep. Controlled lock out in order to get down call.

Fingal Finger

athlete will have 60 seconds to complete 6 flips. Helpers will be there to remove crash pads. 

wagon wheel deadlift

Athletes will have 30 seconds to complete a lift. strap in on your own time. the bar will continue to rise. athletes will have unlimited attempts to pull the most weight. bar jumps will be set at 20 lbs per jump. You may choose to pass on any attempt but if you miss you are out. weights listed are starting weights. no suits allowed.

Frame to conan's wheel

athlete will have 60 seconds to carry a frame 20 ft into a conan's wheel. Athlete will drop frame at conan's wheel, carry the wheel 1 revolution and then carry the frame back 20 ft. no straps allowed.

keg over bar

athlete will have 60 seconds to place keg over bar for reps. Bar height will be 46 inches.
