We will have a $5.00 spectator fee to help out the gym that's letting us use their facility. Please help also by picking up after yourselves and your guests. Let's show this Small town some big strongman love!

EVENTS 

Circus dumbbell/Keg Press medley:     We will start with the CD for the first rep and then move on to the keg for second rep then back to the CD, then keg. etc etc. 60 seconds as many reps as you can. Allowed gear, wrist wraps, grip shirts(with Out any other strongman federations logos) any other logos are fine.  

Yoke Deadlifts 13" height, fat bars!: ladies bar will be about 2 1/2", mens bar will be around 3 1/2-4" (this may change bigger) train with extra fat grips. Last man standing. 60 sec, You can continue to attempt a next rep as long as you complete a rep. Rising bar. Weights will start at for ladies 165lbs mens will start at 300lbs. Allowed gear, Straps, deadlift suits, knee sleeves.

Chain drags: You will have 60 sec to drag the chain 50 feet. Lee Woodys favorite! 

Tire Flips: Flip the tire all the all over for as many times as you can in 60 sec. 

Truck Pull: We are working on getting fire trucks. Pull 50 feet in 60sec 

Weigh ins will be at The Complex, Friday 3/17 8:00am until 12:00pm then will be at 5:00pm until 8:00pm, Saturday 3/18 at 7:00am until 9:00am. Warm ups at 9:30am, we will have the national anthem at 9:50am and begin show at 10:00am. 

This will be inside and outside. Please feel free to bring you a popup, blankets, chairs, etc etc.
