Kilos for Heroes Strongman Competition and Block Party 

Competition includes Active Duty Military/ First Responder / Law Enforcement Division and Civilian class. Proceeds from this event will benefit Operation Homefront https://operationhomefront.org/. Warm ups 9:30a
Competition Begins 10a 

Event 1- Brute Force (90 sec time cap)

This event will test the static strength of the competitors with various Implements

Event 2- Go The Distance (2 min cap)

This will be a test of endurance and sheer willpower 

Event 3 - Hold On (no time cap)

This Event will test grip strength and determination

Event 4 - Hail Marry ( 60 sec time cap )

This will be a test of explosive strength and athleticism 

Event 5 - The Gauntlet ( 3 min time cap ) 

Be ready for anything 

Equipment allowance for competitors will include: Belt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps (not straps), compression shorts, chalk. no other items allowed

Events will be outside Rain or Shine, Covered area with seating provided for athletes. spectators welcome to bring EZ up and chairs.
