Event 1: Deadlift ladder

-Athletes will have 60 seconds to lift 4 bars as fast as they can. Everyone starts at the kind behind the first bar once the referee has given you the down command you may drop the bar from the top. Time stops once you get the 4th and final down from the judge 

Allowed: suits, straps, chalk 

Not allowed: baby oil, or anything slick on your legs 

Event 2: Viking press 

-Athletes will have 60 seconds to press the implement overhead as many times as possible. Athletes will face away from machine to press and will not be given then down command until they have licked out knees, hips and elbows with head pushed though.

Allowed: Supportive gear, chalk 

Not allowed: elbow wraps, double dipping, split jerks 

Event 3: Frame carry

-Athletes will have 60 seconds to carry the frame 40’ as fast as possible 

Allowed: chalk, supportive gear 

Not allowed: Straps 

Event 4: Arm over arm pull 

-Athletes will have 60 seconds to pull a heavy object 50’. Athletes will be seated and have a rope in front of them attached to what they are pulling And a flat surface in front of them to push against as well. 

Allowed: chalk, gloves, 

Not allowed: Anything sticky, wrapping rope around body 

Event 5: Stone to shoulder 

-Athletes will have 3 stones in front of them to choose from to lift to there shoulder. This is a trump event so one rep of the heavyiest stone beats any other amount of reps of the smaller stones. 

Allowed: grip shirts, tacky towel, spray tack 

Not allowed: Tacky
