It's time for our 9th Annual SUPERTOTAL Event!

Here is the info:
The SUPERTOTAL is:
Olympic/ Log and Powerlifting Combined Total

3 attempts at each lift.
Snatch OR Viper Log Press
Clean and Jerk OR Log Clean and Press
Squat
Bench
Deadlift
Best attempts at each lift are totaled for a wilks score.

Lifts are done in that order.

This is a relative strength competition with both Male and Female Open Divisions.

First place male and female finisher are awarded with a custom SUPERTOTAL "Wrestling Style" Belt and a FREE all inclusive membership to The TOP Strength Project until they are asked to defend their title at the next one!

The Female Division will be using a Rogue Female Competition Olympic Barbell (15kg) OR a 10" Rogue Log for first two lifts.

Male Division will be using a Rogue Olympic Bar (20kg) or a 12" Rogue Log for first two lifts.

Oly Lifts will use PB Competition Bumpers and Logs will use 25s and 10s w Cerberus Log Crash Pads.

Both Divisions will be using a 65 pound Texas Squat Bar for Squats, Power Bar for Bench, and Texas Deadlift Bar for Deadlifts.

We will be using Rogue Deep Dish Plates for all Power Lifts.

Traditional Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting Standards apply.  Wrist wraps, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, squat shoes, belts, and chalk are all ok.  No straps for Oly or Deadlifts.  No suits or knee wraps, sleeves ONLY.

No dress code, singlets optional. 

***competitors are welcome to just compete in Squat, Bench, Deadlift if they'd like to take advantage of an opportunity to get in front of some judges and go for some PR's.  Event is an in-house unsanctioned competition so no need for memberships, approved equipment, etc.  Let's have some fun with it!

A video will be available covering all of the specifics and will most likely answer any questions you may have.

$79 event admission.

Doors open at for weigh in's 8am
Meeting and Rules at 9am.
Lifts start at 10am.

Spectators welcome! $15 at the door. Let's pack the house and create some great atmosphere for one another.
