Weigh ins: Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 11am-11:30am at Rehoboth Beach Barbell
Rules/start time: Rules will be at 11:30am, start time 12:00pm
Awards
Trophies awarded in each class for 1st-3rd. Winner of each open class qualifies for Nationals.
Events
1) Max Circus DB Clean and Press - 10lb jumps for both men and women - 30 seconds per attempt - Wessels Rule
2) Deadsled deadlift - no suits, straps ok - lowest setting on deadsled - 60 second time limit - up and down commands - smaller handles
3) Rogue Strongman Throw Bags over bar - exact weight of throwbags tbd after testing. Bar height is 12ft for women and 15 feet for men. 60 second time limit.
4) Max distance hussafel carry - turns at 50 feet
5) Keg over bar for reps - 60 seconds - 46" bar for women - 52" bar for men
