Cross Over Men- For CrossFit athletes that would like to try something new.

Novice Men- can never have won a contest as a novice

Lightweight Men -under 220

Heavyweight Men- over 220

Cross Over Women-For CrossFit athletes that would like to try something new.

Novice Women- can never have won a contest as a novice

Lightweight Women- under 150

Heavyweight Women- over 150

Event Rules- all events are 60 seconds-standard rules apply. 

Dead-All supportive gear is allowed.Must be fully locked out and wait for down signal and up signal.

Axle press- All supportive gear is allowed. Clean and press away-must have a down signal.

Yoke carry-All supportive gear is allowed. Implement must be carried to the line. 50 ft down and 50 ft back

Farmers walk-All supportive gear is allowed. NO TACKY. Implement must be carried to the line. 50 ft down and 50 ft back

Bag over bar-All supportive gear is allowed. NO TACKY. Bag must go over the bar before time expires to count.

Awards- 1-3rd.......Swords

Event winners (Men and Women)-$50 for the best rep or time ....$500 in prize money!!!
