This is the Third edition of The Berserker Cup Strongman/Strongwoman competition!! We will have food vendors, music, axe throwing, and MORE!! Bring the whole family for a day by the lake and have a blast!
Location: Starbuck City Park 550 S Mainstreet Starbuck, MN 56381
Time: 10:00 (athletes meeting at 9:00)
Parking: Free at venue as well as bathrooms provided by Starbuck city park.

Press Medley - Athlete will stand behind the first implement (Log), with arms off the implement and will wait for the whistle blow. Athlete will then proceed to clean and press each implement (log, axle, keg) one time in as fast a time as possible. Fastest time wins. Athletes will receive a score for what they did lift and in what time frame if they fail to complete all presses.
Allowed equipment - belt (two max), chalk, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps.
Axle Deadlift - Athlete can start event with hands on the bar or straps secured and ready to go. Whistle will blow and you have 60 seconds to perform as many complete reps as possible. Judge will give down command for EACH rep before it is counted as a complete repetition. Touch and go is ok but DO NOT slam and bounce the weight. You will receive one warning if you are slamming the implement down in the attempt to get more reps. Please be in control because we are renting this property and we have some serious weights being used.
Allowed equipment - belts (two max), Chalk, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, shoes or no shoes (must have socks), straps (any kind except hook style)
Throw bag front hold - Athlete will be given the throw bag and helped get you and the bag into the proper position. When athlete feels ready, whistle will blow and time starts. Hands must not drop below the base of the neck or above the head. Longest time held wins.
Allowed equipment - belts (two max), chalk, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps.
Keg carry medley - 5 kegs of ascending weight will be lined up 25 ft from your starting point. When time starts athlete will run to the lightest keg, pick it up and carry it to the starting point. Athlete will continue to run back and bring as many kegs back as possible. You will be scored on how many you bring back and how long it takes total. Time limit is 60 seconds. Split times will be given to aide in tiebreakers. Kegs must be placed up right behind the line, not tossed or tipped over.
Allowed equipment - belts (two max), chalk, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, gloves.
Harnessed truck pull - Athlete will be assisted in getting into the harness and given the lead rope. When ready, whistle will blow and you have 60 seconds to pull the truck 50ft to the finish line. Fastest time wins.
Allowed equipment - belts (two max), chalk, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, gloves, any shoes you like for good grip.
