All Proceeds from this event with benefit the Love Like Ben Foundation. The Love Like Ben Foundation was created in memory of Benjamin Fike who died far too early in a car accident. It is dedicated to champion youth participation in sports and developing leadership, character, sportsmanship, tolerance, discipline and athletic ability in WNY. 

Weight classes:
-men over and under 220
-women over and under 165
-men and women's teen and masters

*weigh in: 7:30am to 8:30 am the day of.

*Rules: 8:45am. Lift off at 9am

*Log clean and press: Max reps in 60 seconds. Clean every rep.
Time starts on the judges mark.  Down commands only.  No off the head press out.  No built up belt (one hard or one soft belt ok).

*Husafell stone carry: Max distance in 60 seconds. Turns at 50’.  No drops.
Time starts on the judges mark.  No gloves, no built up belts, and no tacky.

*Stone to shoulder:  Max reps in 60 seconds. Time starts on the judges mark.  Athletes must demonstrate control of the stone with only only hand on the stone while shouldered.  Stone must be dropped in front on the crash pad for the rep the count Tacky ok.

*For every event: The athletes hands can not be on the implements before the start command.  Respect the equipment or you zero. Grip shirts ok.
