All Proceeds from this event will benefit the Love Like Ben Foundation, a registered 501C3. The Love Like Ben Foundation was created in memory of Benjamin Fike who died far too early in a car accident. The Love Like Ben Foundation is dedicated to champion youth participation in sports and developing leadership, character, sportsmanship, tolerance, discipline and athletic ability in WNY. 

~Weigh-ins will be held August 9th from 6 to 9 PM or August 10th from 7:30 to 8:30 AM at the OFG Compound.

~ Athletes' meeting at 8:45 AM with lift off at 9.

~Log Clean and Press Away  Max reps in 60 seconds. Start and down command only.  Grip shirts, elbow sleeves and wrist wraps are ok, no built up belt.

~ Silver Dollar Deadlift Max reps in 60 seconds. Up and down command (No touch and go). This event will use an Ohio Power Bar. No deadlift suits, no tacky, and no figure 8 straps.  Other straps are acceptable. (If there is any question, the judge's decision is final.)

~ Sandbag Carry 100' (50' down and back) Unlimited drops. No tacky! Grip shirt ok.

~Keg Load Max reps in 60 seconds.  50” men 46” women. You are not allowed to use the bar for assistance! Grip shirt ok. No tacky and no built up belts.

~ BONUS EVENT 50/50 Bench Press Event $20 Entry Day of The Event  Two classes Men and Women:  Most Reps win 50% of the entry for their class.

Belts and wrist wraps only,  no sleeves or bench shirts!

Touch and go are accepted.
