- For each barbell, the athlete will lift and press in ANY method (push press, split jerk, strict, etc.) desired as long as it is safe and controlled. Lockout must be achieved and a down command will be given. Once the first press is completed, the athlete will then preform the second press from the racked chest position, not the ground.
- For the final barbell, athletes will perform AMRAP with full extension on each rep followed by a down command. You can set the bar down and restart as many times as necessary, provided you still have time.

- Once athletes crosses the line with the yoke, they will drop it and sprint back to the start line to retrieve their sandbag. The athlete will then carry the sandbag 40ft to the yoke, and lift the sandbag over the yoke crossbar.
- After the sandbag clears the crossbar, the yoke is then re-shouldered and carried back to the starting line. THE ENTIRE implement must cross over and be clear of the finish line for time to stop.
- Athletes will be allowed to wear lifting belts, knee/elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, and other items if pre-approved on Friday at the weigh-ins.

- The time will stop when the front bumper of the truck crosses the 40 foot line.
- If an athlete does not complete the total distance in the 60 second time frame, they will be given a score based on total distance pulled.
- Athletes will be allowed to wear lifting belts, knee/elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, and other items if approved at weigh-ins.
