Alright ladies! I would like to start off by saying that I'm so excited to Host the 2021 StrongWOman part of the Jenn! Last year SUCKED! Thankfully we are able to come out this year and really show the world HOW STRONG WE ARE!!

Event 1 Deadlift Ladder- We will be using a deadlift bar. Not a power bar, train accordingly. Athlete will have 3 ascending bars to lift as quickly as possible.

Event 2 Overhead Press Medley- Athlete will have 60 seconds to clean and press a Log and Keg. Athlete will go back and forth until time is up. If athlete is not fully locked out rep will not count. Athlete will not be allowed to skip an implement. Example: Log, Keg, Log, Keg, Log, Keg… and so on. Athlete with the most amount of reps wins.

Event 3 Carry event- Athlete will carry farmers down and back 60 feet then carry a keg down and back 60 feet. Athlete must go in that order. Unlimited drops

Event 4 Yoke run- Athlete will carry Yoke down and back 60 feet. Front of Yoke must cross the line before athlete drops. Athlete must drop the yoke at turning point. No turning around while under the yoke, EVER!

Event 5 Harness Truck Pull- Athlete will be in front of the truck attached to a harness. Athlete will then run to the finish line. No rope.
