Prize money for both men and women is dependent on signups minimum of $250 first place for both men and women 

• Event 1 Max Weight Super Yoke Carry

10ft carry,  30 second time limit each attempt, no drops 

40/50lb jumps for both men and women 

If athlete drops implement weight and distance will be taken to provide score 

Women start at 400lb men 

Men start at 700lbs 

• Event 2 Axle and Stone Block Press medley

Athlete will choose order of implement but once chosen athlete must stick to it , most points wins 90 second time limit 

Women 

Axle 165 for  1 point or 225 for 10 points 

Stone block 100lbs for 1 point or 150lbs for 10 points 

Men 

Axle 250lb for 1 point or 315lbs for 10 points

Stone block 200lbs for 1 point or 250lbs for 1 point  

• Event 3 max Rep Fingal Finger 120 second time limit

Women will use a 8ft long 10 in x 10 in oak beam

Men will use a 12 ft long 10in by 10in oak beam 

• Event 4 Stone block carry medley

Women 

100lbs at 14ft 120lbs at 12ft 140lbs at 10ft 160lbs at 8 ft 180lbs at 6ft 200lbs at 4 ft all over 48in bar 

Men 

200lbs at 14ft 220lbs at 12ft 240lbs at 10ft 260lbs at 8ft 280lbs at 6ft 300lbs at 4 ft all over 52in bar 

Event 5 last man standing keg throw 

The 2 Athletes at the  bottom of the points will take turns throwing the keg back and forth over the bar until one can not return the keg in under 30s once that happens the athlete that is next in line will replace the athlete that failed to return the keg this process will repeat until one athlete stands victorious 

Women 25lb keg over 12ft bar 

Men 45lb keg over 15ft bar
