Weigh ins will take place 8/5/22 from 2pm-8pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Weigh ins will be at:

We are on a limited time schedule on the day of the competition, so we will be running through events rapidly with a short lunch break after event 3. Athletes can arrive after 8am and the rules meeting will take place at 8:45am, with a hard 9am start.

If there are not enough athletes in a particular weight class, the classes will be combined.

Odd Object Carry:

The object carry will take place in 4 lanes. The athlete must pick up the object from the start line and walk down and back with turns at 50'. The athlete may stop at any time to readjust their grip, but if the object touches the ground their run is over. Chalk ONLY. No grip shirts, no tacky, no stone straps.

Mystery Event:

The likes of this event haven't been seen in Strongman in many years. Be prepared for anything and everything. Chalk ONLY. No tacky.

Farmer's Hold:

This event will take place in 2 lanes. On GO, the athlete must lift the weight and hold it for as long as possible. Time stops once the weight touches the ground. Chalk ONLY. No tacky, no straps.

Arm Over Arm:

This is very straight forward. The athlete will start in a seated position behind a toe board. On GO, the athlete will drag the vehicle as fast as possible over the 50' course. If the athlete isn't able to make the full distance, a distance will be taken. Chalk ONLY. No tacky.

Atlas Stone to Shoulder:

This event will take place in 2 lanes. On GO, the athlete will pick up the stone and place it on their shoulder. Once the athlete removes the support hand and shows control over the stone, the rep will be given. If there is no down command, then no rep will be given. Tacky allowed. No stone straps.
