Event 1 Max Log Press

We will provide a 12 inch Bartos Power Log for our Open Men’s classes. Women’s classes we will provide a 10 inch Log. Rules are Wessels rule.

Event 2 Conan’s Wheel  

Rules are simple carry the Arm for as many rotations as possible. Max distance wins No Drops!!

Event 3 Max Farmers for 30ft

We will be providing Bartos Farmers handles for the Open classes. Athlete must carry the handles 30ft  with no drops. Fastest time most likely for tie breaker.  Wessels rule!!

Event 4

Head to Head Axle Deadlift for Reps!!

We will provide metal plates and 2 Axles made by the same fabricator.

Bar height will be 9 inches.

Athletes will have 60 seconds to preform as many deadlifts as possible.

Most repetitions wins. 

Wrist wraps will be allowed. Deadlift suits will not be allowed to the open competitor.  Novice will be allowed suits. 
 

Event 5

Hussafel sandbag carry for max distance!

We will provide a Hussafel sandbag.

Athletes will carry the bag 50ft cross a line and carry back.

Simply carry the sandbag as far as possible.

No drops allowed.

Chalk is allowed, No tack of any kind.
