General Info:

Team Bernhardt is excited to announce Tiny Bears * Der Grosse Bären Kampf (The Big Bear Fight) 2023 Second Annual Strongman Competition. This year the event is USS Sanctioned and includes categories to allow more athletes, including youth athletes, to compete. This link is for our kid competitors between ages 6-12. 13+ use the sanctioned link for the teen or open divisions.

T-Shirts: unisex for adult sizes, women’s for youth sizes

Events:

Keg Press Ladder

Athletes will clean and press a series of 4 kegs, ascending in weight, as Fast as Possible. 

Power Stairs

Athletes will lift 2 loaded pegs up 3 steps from Lightest to Heaviest as Fast as Possible. Athletes will be on opposite sides of the stairs facing each other. Plates must be fully on stair for rep to count and time to end. Weights for light and heavy peg will be announced on competition day (TBA)!  

Odd Object Carry Medley

Athletes will carry 4 Odd Objects 20ft each in the sand as Fast as Possible. Implements must be placed fully across the line, no throwing. 60sec time limit. Objects include Golf Cart/ATV Tire, Pony Keg, Marble Stone, and Medicine Ball.

Rickshaw Deadlift

Athletes will deadlift the rickshaw as many times as possible in 60sec.

Jeep Truck Pull

Athletes will pull the Jeep in a harness with a rope. 60sec time limit.

Tie Breaker (if needed)

TBD 

Weight Classes:

Athletes are not required to weigh-in but will need to check-in prior to the start of competition.

Event Location:

Victoria Beach at Lake Allatoona Woodstock, GA 30189

Will be in the parking lot. $5 GA Park Authority Fee at the gate. Restrooms available. Event is completely outdoors in the parking lot and on the beach.

Membership:

USS Membership Not Required. 

Weigh-Ins:

Weigh-ins not required.
