For the keg/sandbag/car deadlift it’s will be time for keg and sandbag and most reps for car deadlift 75 seconds time for all medleys. pressing event will be 60 seconds Per person to press at once.
The press medley will be Keg/Log Press/ Circus DB.
The price for entry is for all Three competitors. Please send weight class of each competitor with shirt size and what event they are doing before weigh ins.
