Entry Deadline: Entries will be taken until the day before the contest, but you must enter by 09/03/2022 to be guaranteed a contest T shirt.

• Rules Meeting: 9:00am (ALL ATHLETES MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO COMPETE)
• Weigh-in: Friday 09/09/2022 from 2-5PM at Top Teer Strength
• Saturday 09/10/2022 from 730am-845am at Top Teer Strength

• 1st Prize Each Weight Class: Championship Title Belt for Open Champions. Assortment of prizes donated by vendors.
• 2nd and 3rd Prize: Assortment of prizes donated by vendors.
• Everyone:  Food Trucks/Industry Vendors and a great time.
• Divisions: **Weight classes/class sub divisions will be combined if there are less than 3 competitors signed up in a class**
• Tie breaker is Yoke for time/distance.

Head to Head Ukrainian Deadlift for Reps

• Competitors will start standing on platform with both hands on the handle.
• Competitors will have 60 seconds to deadlift the weight from floor to lockout as many times as possible
• A completed rep will be given when the weight has been to lockout and the judge gives the down command.
• Competitor will control the weight to the floor.
• A zero will be given if weight is dropped
• Chalk, sleeves, belts, gloves and grip shirts OK (no SC/OSG shirts)
• NO Tacky

Head to Head True Log - full clean and press

• Two competitors will be facing the judge.
• Competitor will have 60s to complete as many reps after being given the lift command from the judge
• Competitor can begin with hands on the implement.
• Competitor will  be required to clean the log each time and then press for a rep.
• A completed rep will be given when implement is pressed fully overhead with hips through, elbows and knees locked and head through.
• The competitor will receive a zero for the event if they “tree top” the implement (Drop from overhead, down must be controlled)
• Chalk, wraps, sleeves, belts, gloves and grip shirts OK (no SC/OSG shirts)
• NO tacky, straps.

Head to Head Snail Push and Stone Load Medley 

• Two competitors will start with a hand on the stone load platform.
• Competitor will push the Snail 35 feet in one direction.
• Competitor will then run back and load 2 stones of increasing weight to a 55 gal drum
• Competitor will then sprint back to the finish line
• Competitor's time will be recorded and ranked for scoring
• The competitor will receive a zero for "Air Mailing" stones onto loading platform
• Wrist wraps, elbow/knee sleeves, chalk, belts are OK
• NO Tacky
• Tacky Towels are ok

Head to Head Vertical Hand Over Hand Flag Hoist for Reps

• Competitors will start standing on platform with both hands on rope (1.5 inch rope)
• Competitors will have 60 seconds to pull the weight from floor to ceiling as many times as possible
• A completed rep will be given when the weight has been raised to preset mark and weight is CONTROLLED down to floor
• A zero will be given if weight is dropped
• Gloves are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
• Chalk, wraps, sleeves, belts, gloves and grip shirts OK (no SC/OSG shirts)
• NO Tacky, or straps.

Head to Head Power Stairs

• Competitors will start with both hands on 1st stair step
• Competitors will Load/Duckwalk 2 Power Pins of increasing weight up 3 stairs for time.
• A completed rep will be given once weight is loaded and standing on 3rd step and competitor returns to the floor
• A zero will be given if weight is thrown, or is not controlled to a rest
• Chalk, wraps, sleeves, belts, gloves and grip shirts OK (no SC/OSG shirts)
• NO Tacky, or straps.
