Travis Ortmayer is offering a training seminar prior to Stateline Strongest.  In this seminar he will be going over things like Nutrition, training prior to comps, how he mentally prepares for comps, his day of routine, post comp recovery, and he will get into his journey of Strongman.  There will be time for questions.   Also, If you are attending the seminar, you can weigh-in and check in for the comp at that time.   When you signup, you can choose either men or women, it makes no difference.  

On top of this, he is offering 4 1hour 1/1 training sessions prior to the seminar.  That's right, you can have a whole hour to get tips and pointers from Travis Ortmayer himself.  We are limited to 4 of these workouts.  The fee for the 1/1 is $100.  If you are interested in one of these workouts, please email me directly.  I will take the first 4 people that contact me and pay the $100.  If you want to do the 1/1 and you have a friend that wants to join, Travis said he would allow a 2/1 and you both only pay $50!  That's a killer deal!  The private training sessions will begin at 12:30.
