This is going to be a super fun event run in conjunction with the Sweet Rides and Sweet Pies Car Show and Pie Sale!

Weigh ins at the contest site 7/28 from 4-7 PM and 7/29 from 7-9 AM

 Event 1: Axle Clean and Press

60 second time limit, Clean every rep,  no throwing the axle to the ground, belt cleans allowed

 Equipment Allowed: 2 belts (1 hard, 1 soft), elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, grip shirt, grip shorts, chalk

Equipment Not Allowed: tacky of any kind, wrist straps

Event 2: Car Deadlift

60 second time limit, strap in before time starts, up and down commands (no “touch and go” or bouncing),  fingers must be wrapped around the bar at all times

 Equipment  Allowed: 2 belts (1 hard, 1 soft), wrist straps, figure 8 straps, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, chalk

 Not Allowed: suits or briefs of any kind, tacky of any kind, baby powder, knee wraps

 Event 3: Westby Co-op Credit Union  Truck Pull

 60 seconds to pull your vehicle 50 feet, harnesses will be provided but you may bring your own if you want,  rope assist

Equipment Allowed: knee sleeves,  elbow sleeves, 2 belts (1 soft, 1 hard),   wrist wraps, chalk

 Equipment Not Allowed: tacky of any kind

Event 4: Car Parts Carry Medley

60 second time limit, all implements will be lined up next to each other, start at the finish line, run out and bring the lightest back, repeat for a total of 5 implements, 40 feet each

Equipment Allowed: knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, 2 belts (1 soft 1 hard), wrist wraps, chalk, grip shirts 

Equipment Not Allowed: tacky of any kind

Event 5: Frame Hold for Max Time

Start with hands on the frame, time starts when athlete‘s knees, hips, and shoulders are in locked position, stops when any part of the frame hits the ground

 Equipment Allowed:  knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, 2 belts (1 hard 1 soft), chalk

 Equipment Not Allowed: tacky of any kind,  straps of any kind, breifs or suits  of any kind
