We're excited to announce the 3rd annual Uncle Sam's Strongest Man.

We are super excited to be hosting this competition the day of the Idaho Falls Firework Festival. This is one of the biggest firework shows in the country. 

We will be done with the competition with plenty of time to go and watch the fireworks. So bring your families and prepare for a great time moving some AMAZING implements and some AMAZING fireworks after the competition. We will have an incredible Hercules Hold compliments of Bishop Barbell and a Firetruck pull. A max log, Famer's carry/Yoke Medley and of course an Atlas stone medley will round out the events.

Weights for Hercules Hold and Truck pull will remain unknown. Train heavy and come ready to grind out those events!

You must have a valid United States Strongman membership for this event.

Athlete shirt included in registration fee.

The event will be hosted by Empire Strength and Fitness at their brand new location in Idaho Falls. This gym was created by Bishop Barbell and will make for a great venue for this comp.

Spectator passes are available for $10.

Check-ins and Weigh-ins will be on July 3rd at Empire Strength and Fitness the same address as the event.
