Strongman Corporation membership is required for all competitors.

Log Clean & Press

The competitor will clean & press the log for as many reps as possible in 60 secs (clean each rep). The competitor will decide between 2 logs - "Light" or "Heavy." Any successful reps with the heavy log will beat any reps with the light log (for example, Bill lifts the light log for 10 reps, Joe lifts the heavy log for 1 rep...Joe beats Bill.) The competitor can try the heavy log and then move to the light log if unsuccessful. Chalk, belt, grip shirt, and sleeves are ok.

Conan's Wheel

The competitor will carry a heavy conan's wheel (counter clockwise) for max distance. There is no time limit. Time stops once the conan's wheel hits the ground. I am still in the process of accurately calculating weight in hand so weights are TBD. Chalk, belt, and grip shirt are ok. No tacky or tacky towels.

Sandbag Toss

The competitor will throw sandbags over a bar. Bags must be thrown in ascending order (lightest to heaviest). Bags will be lined left to right. 60 sec time limit. Women's bar height = 12 feet. Men's bar height = 15 feet.

Fat Grip Farmer's Carry

The competitor will carry a pair of fat grip farmer's handles 100' (straight shot). Unlimited drops. Thumbs must be around the handle, no false grip. The handles being used are TBD so the weights are not finalized.

Tire Flip

The competitor will flip a tire 80-100'. Fastest time wins. Chalk, grip shirt, tacky towel are ok. No tacky.

Strongman Corporation weight classes will be honored for national/regional qualifying spots even if your specific weight class is not included in the weight classes for this event. For example - Men MW 231 is between 176-231. You might place 5th in this division but you were the highest placing competitor under 200 lbs, you will qualify for Nationals/Regionals u200. The posted weight classes for this event are subject to change based on number of entries in each class.
