-Clean and press each - log or axle, athlete can clean and press either implement or switch back and forth, highest total reps win, ties possible, 60s limit
10" log for women and 12" log for men
Axle or DL Bar Deadlift for Reps
-Strap in during time, suits allowed, down commands from judge, no bouncing, axle or dl bar, athlete can deadlift either implement or switch back and forth, highest total reps win, ties possible, 60s limit
Yoke into Sandbar Carry and Load
-Run Yoke 30 feet, break line, run back grab sandbag, carry then load over your yoke, fastest time wins, 45s limit
Fingal Fingers

Stone Over Bar
43" Bar for women and 46" bar for men
