We will use the front parking lot for the comp (hopefully this fall like weather continues if not we will go inside)
Gym is climate controlled and will be available for warmups, restrooms, and gathering
Spectator fee $15

Early check in and weigh ins will be Sept 13th 12pm to 7pm at the PIT

**weights are subject to change up to the day of the comp; I will always try to keep it within 5 to 10 lbs variation**
1st Event - 50 ft Yoke Run - time or distant in ft
The athlete will begin under the yoke with both yoke skids in contact with the ground. On the START command, the athlete will pick up the yoke and carry it 50 ft. Front part of the yoke must cross the line. Unlimited drops. Score will be the time it takes the athlete to carry the yoke across the finish line. If an athlete is unable to complete the course, the total distance will count as the score. A three second time penalty will be assessed if an athlete slides the yoke before acrossing the finish line.
Allowed: Soft and hard belt, knee and elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk, grip shirt
Not allowed: elbow/knee wraps, tacky or tacky towel / chalk, or suits
2nd Event - Max Log Press - RECORD SETTER!! 3 attempts; Highest Successful Attempt recorded for score
12" for men, 10" for women. 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts. Feet parallel, knees and elbows locked, head through to receive down command. Call your attempt, log will be progressively loaded
Scored by max lift
Allowed: Wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves, grip shirt, hard and/or soft belt
not allwed: built up belts, elbow and knee wraps, tacky, briefs
3rd Event - Record Breaker Mammoth bar Deadlift
60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts call your numbers. Must wait for down command in order to count. bar will be progressively loaded

Allowed: Suits, Briefs, soft and or hard belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, chalk, hitching
Not allowed: built up belts, knee wraps, baby powder,
4th Event - Iron Cross Hold - max time hold
Athlete can start with hands on the cross. On start command pick up and hold for max time, time stops when the iron cross touches the floor
Allowed: Wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves, grip shirt, hard and/or soft belt, chalk
Not allowed: built up belts, elbow and knee wraps, tacky or tacky chalk, briefs
5th Event - Stone to Shoulder - 60 seconds for reps
Athlete can start with hands on the stone, lift to shoulder, and extend other arm away from the stone
Wait for down command from judge or rep will not count
Allowed: Soft and / or hard belt, knee and elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk, grip shirt, tacky towel, tacky chalk, stone sleeves and or tape
