At this seminar we will cover technique, tips, and tricks for each of the 5 lifts at the 2024 USS Nationals, which will also be the 5 lifts for the FREAKSTRONG SHOWDOWN April 13.
Additionally, this seminar will cover how to program, peak, recover, and warmup for each event, plus nutrition, mindset, and general physical preparedness for the competition.
This seminar will be part lecture and part hands-on - We will go over the lifts in depth then provide opportunities to live drill and practice each of the events.
Event runs 10-1.
