Standard Rules for Records:

1. Max Log C & P - 12" (Pitbull) for men, 10" (Titan) for women. 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts with Wessels Rule. No built up belts.       Feet parallel, knees and elbows locked, head through. No tacky.*

2. Max Axle (Irondmind) C & P - 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts with Wessels Rule.  Feet parallel, knees and elbows locked, head through. No tacky.*

3. Max Standard Deadlift (Texas or Ohio DL Bar) - 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts. Wessels Rule applies. Straps and suits allowed. No sumo.        Hitching allowed. Hips and knees locked. Down command from the judge.*

4. Max 18 Inch Deadlift (Texas or Rogue Power Bar) - 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts. Wessels Rule applies. Straps and suits allowed. No sumo.         Hitching allowed. 18" measured from the center of the bar to the floor. Power bar only, no deadlift bars.  Hips and knees locked. Down command from the  judge.*

5. Farmer Hold for Time - Max time. Time starts on lockout, ends when either implement hits the floor. Handle height must be 17"      or lower and less than 1.25" diameter.

6. MAX Stone is NOT a National Record, only NY & CT State. Tacky Allowed.

Compete in 3 events and qualify for USS Nationals 2025 in North Carolina with John Albrecht who just happens to be the National Judge for this event.

After you register, PLEASE email me with the 3 events you will be competing in.

Competition shirt order will be placed on January 3rd, so if you'd like a comp tee, register by then, registering afterwards CANNOT guarantee an event shirt.

If you need an early weigh in, email me to request a time for Friday, January 24th. Morning or afternoon, no evenings.

Day of event you can arrive to check in/weigh in 1130am-1230pm.  Event will start at 1pm.  Please be mindful that we are running a Novice Competition from 9am-12pm.

You must have a valid USS membership which can be done from their website using your Iron Podium log in details.  This is available 1/1/25.
