Event Rules and Weights:

Log Clean and Press Every Rep
Competitor will start hands off implement.  "Competitor Ready, Set, LIFT."  Clean and Press Every Rep.  Once the log is locked out over head, elbows locked, head through (biceps to ears), head over shoulders, shoulders over hips, hips over knees, knees over ankles they will get the down call.  However you get there is up to you:  strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk all ok.  No press outs off your head.  There will be a heavy log worth 100 points per rep.  After everyone does the first log, competitors will have the option to AMRAP a second log around 20% lighter worth one point per rep for a tiebreaker. Event is for time w a 60 second time cap.  Women will use a 10" Rogue Log (75 pounds empty) and Men will use a 12" Rogue Log (135 empty).
Wrist Wraps, Chalk, Sleeves, Wrist Wraps, and Belts all ok. No grip shirts.

2. Deadlift Ladder:
Competitor will start hands off barbell.  "Competitor Ready, Set, LIFT."  Axle Bar, Power Bar, Deadlift Bar, 13" Power Bar, 13" Deadlift Bar for time.  Need a down call to move to next bar.  Fastest time wins.  60 second cap.  Rogue Axles, Texas and Rogue Power Bars, Texas Deadlift Bars, Rogue Deep Dish Plates.
Straps, Chalk, Belts, Sleeves, and Baby Powder all ok. No suits.

3. Sandbag Toss Over Bar
Competitor will start w hand on yoke facing bags which will positioned lightest to heaviest 10 feet away from yoke.  "Competitor Ready, Set, LIFT."  Competitor will grab each bag in any order and throw it over the bar.  There will be three zones marked and labeled on the other side of the yoke: Zone 1: 0-15 feet, Zone 2: 5-25 feet, and Zone 3, 25+ feet.  Bags (regardless of weight) that land in Zone 1 will be worth 1 point, Zone 2 for 2 points, and 3 for 3 points.  Cerberus Throw Bags, Rogue Yoke w PVC Pipe Extensions.

4. Yoke Carry
Competitor can fit into their yoke.  "Competitor Ready, Set, LIFT."  50 feet down, 50 feet back.  Unlimited Drops.  Fastest time wins.  2 second slide penalty.
Chalk, Belts, Sleeves all OK, no grip shirts.

5. Last Man Standing
Competitors will be re-ordered based on points.  Last two will start face up opposite the yoke and start loading the stone back and fourth until someone fails, who will then be replaced by the next person in line, all the way through until one man is left remaining.  Total reps completed is your score.  You will have 30 seconds once the stone hits the ground to complete your rep.... Yes, this is going to be NASTY.  Rogue Yokes will be used.
Belts, Sleeves, Stone Sleeves, Tacky all ok, no grip shirts.
