This contest is a 100% charity event!  everything made from competitor fees, to spectator entry will be donated to the White Oak High School, football team for a weight room re do.  they are in desperate need of bars that are NOT bent, rust, and work, as well as other pieces of equipment to help young student athletes achieve athletic success.  Please come out and compete, or watch.

This is a USS Sanctioned event, the top 3 in each class will qualify for USS National Championship next summer in Texas.

Weigh in/check in will be conducted at the white oak weight room, on site.  Friday the 25th from 9am-4pm, and Saturday the 26th from 8-830.  Rules meeting will start at 0900

AXLE CLEAN AND PRESS/CIRCUS DB MEDLEY:  Athlete will have 60 seconds to successfull lift each implement back and forth.  Atete must wait for down command each time.  Gear allowed, knee and elbow sleeves, belt, chalk, grip shirt.  Nothing sticky.

CONANS WHEEL:  Athlete will have 60 seconds to pick and walk the Conan's wheel as far as they can. 0 drops allowed.  distance will be measured from the drop.  there will be a 5 foot grace period where if the athlete drops it, they may re pick.  Gear allowed, knee and elbow sleeves, belt, chalk, grip shirt.  Nothing sticky.

CAR DEADLIFT: Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible.  Gear allowed, knee and elbow sleeves, belt, chalk, no suits or briefs, lifting straps are allowed.  Nothing sticky.

HUSAFEL/FRAME MEDLEY:  Athlete will have 75 seconds to pick and walk the frame 100 feet.  athlete will then pick up the husafel stone FROM THE GROUND, and carry it back 100 feet.  0 drops allowed. Gear allowed, knee and elbow sleeves, belt, chalk, grip shirt.  Nothing sticky.

STONE OVER BAR:  Athlete will have 60 seconds to load the atlas stone over the bar.  Gear allowed everything above, plus tacky.
