1) Hold Event

2) Axle Wagon Wheel Deadlift

(Event Descriptions)

(Hold Event)

The Athlete will hold the implement with their arms straight out and hands at face level. If their hands on the implement goes below the face level the judge will give only one warning.

 (Axle Wagon Wheel Deadlift)

The Athlete will have 60 seconds to deadlift as many reps as possible. The Athlete will have a down command with each rep. If you don't get a down command from the judge then the rep will not count.

(Sandbag to Keg Carry)

The Athlete will start with their hands off the Sandbag. When the judge says "Go" the Athlete will pick and carry the sandbag 50ft then run back and pick the keg and carry for 50ft. Time will stop as the Athlete crosses the 50ft line with the keg.

(Stone/Med. Ball Over Bar)

The Athlete will load each stone or ball over the bar. The stones/balls will be lighter to heavier with the same bar height for each stone/ball.

(Tug of War)

This will be a one on one event. 

ALL OF THE EVENTS AND THE WEIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

PLEASE be sure to be there by 9:00 a.m we will go over all the rules and events. 

Event area will be blocked off. We ask that you please park in the parking spaces.
