PRIZE MONEY will be $500 each to Open Super HWT Male and Female. You must enter the Unlimited Open in Male and Female to compete for the prize money.

Custom Awards for first place in each class. Top 3 in Open and Masters qualify for 2022 Nationals and Top Novice. 

Weigh-ins will be at River City Ironworx Gym, 264 N Troy St, Friday July 16th from 5pm-8pm. If you cant make weigh-ins the day prior please let us know and we can weigh you in before the meet.

Each Athlete will receive a Competition T-Shirt that they must wear for the middle three events and log press if they don't wear a grip shirt during Log.

This event is taking place during River Falls Days. There will be many spectators to watch your feats of strength. There will be food trucks, beer garden, and live bands. 

1) Max Log Press The lifter has up to three attempts. The lifter will give their opening weight during check in. If during an attempt the lifter fails to complete a lift they will not get another attempt. A  judge will award a good lift when the lifters elbows and knees are locked out, and feet are inline. The log weight will increase at a rate of 10lbs. Lifters will be allowed to use all supportive equipment including grip shirts.

2) Car Deadlift: After given the start command, the athlete will pull the frame into a fully locked out position. Grip will be side handle. Dead Stop each rep. No up command. The athlete must wait for the judge to issue a down command to receive credit for a rep. There will be no "up" command after the first rep. Most reps in a minute wins. Straps, belts, knee and elbow sleeves allowed. NO DEADLIFT SUITS OR POWER PANTS. No tacky and the athlete's hand must be touching the frame at all times.

3) Tire Flip/Farmers Carry:  Upon Start Command Athlete will flip tire 5 flips before moving to the farmers carry. If athlete cannot complete the tire flips they will get credit for number of reps they completed and not be allowed to attempt the farmers. Athlete will carry a set of farmers handles (one implement per hand NO DUCK WALKING-weights list are per hand NOT total) down a 50' course. Athlete will be allowed unlimited drops.  If the athlete cannot complete the course in 90 seconds, a distance will be recorded.  If the athlete slides the farmers handles on the floor, a 2 second slide penalty will be added to the athletes time.  Back of the implement must cross the finish line to complete course.  Must wear shoes/foot covering. Chalk/liquid chalk only.

4) Keg/Sandbag:  Athlete will pick up a keg from the floor, carry 50', and set upright at the end.  Athlete will run back to the sandbag and carry the sandbag 50' and cross the finish line.  60 second time limit.  If athlete cannot complete the course, a distance will be recorded. Must wear shoes/foot covering. Keg and sandbag cannot be shouldered or rolled, but must be carried to the front of the body.  If the athlete drops the keg and it rolls in a forward direction, the athlete must bring the keg back to the point of dropping as spotted by the judge and continue the carry from that point. No tacky or spray tacky

5) Stone Over Bar women are at 48" bar height men are 54", athlete must start with forearms on the bar and wait for a start command, you then have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. Stone must hit floor on other side of the bar for rep to count before time expires Chalk, all tacky, sleeves, belts, grip shirt are okay.
