All profits go to the Sunrise Beach Police Department AED Fund so first responders will have life-saving AEDs.

All weight classes Max weight 13" Wagon Wheel Deadlift.  Each lifter will get 3 attempts at the ascending weight.  If no lift on any of the attempts the lifter may choose the same weight or go up.  YOU CAN NOT LOWER the attempted weight after the show starts. Lifters must give an opening weight at weigh-in.  We will be using a standard deadlift bar with red Sampson Wagon Wheels.  Lifter may use, deadlift straps, belts (soft and or hard), gloves, briefs, squat/deadlift suit, NO Glue or Tacky.  Foot coverings must be worn when lifting.  Hitching is allowed. Lifter will get a down call when the judge feels the lifter is standing with hips and shoulders locked out.  Awards for the top three in each class.  Masters are 40+ years of age.

This show is in conjunction with Westside Fitness 24's grand re-opening.  There will be a food vendor and drinks available.
