Weigh-Ins will be Friday, January 28th at Edgar's House Of Pain (5131 51st Ave S Unit #121 Fargo, ND 58104).  There will be two sessions.  Morning session will be from 6-10am.  Afternoon session will be from 3-7pm.  Shirts will be distributed at weigh-ins.

Day of competition mandatory rules meeting at 9:30am.  

Implement Information:

1. Axle Press For Reps: Clean once, press away.  Knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, double belts, grip shirts, belt cleans are all allowed.  As many reps possible in sixty (60) seconds.  No split times.  Competitors must start with hands off the bar.
2. Husafell Stone For Time: Pick stone from floor, walk fifty feet, touch line and come back.  Fastest time in sixty (60) seconds wins.  If unable to complete, distance will be measured.  All supportive gear allowed.  Competitor can start with hands on implement.
3. Axle Viking Shield Deadlift For Reps: Axle bar will be approximately fourteen (14) inches of the floor.  As many reps possible in sixty (60) seconds.  Deadlift socks, knee sleeves, lifting straps, double belt, and hitching are all allowed.  Deadlift suits or briefs are not allowed.  Conventional form (hands outside of knees) only.  Competitor must start with hands off the bar.
4. Duck Walk Into Farmers Walk: Distance is forty (40) feet.  Competitor will start with Duck Walk, waddle forty (40) feet, set implement down completely across the line, move to Farmer's Carry, implement must completely cross the line for finish.  Lifting straps not allowed, but any other supportive gear is allowed. Competitor can start with hands on implement.
5. Stone Over Bar: Women's height is forty-eight (48) inches, men's height is fifty-six (56) inches off the floor.  As many reps as possible in sixty (60) seconds, split times will be used.  All supportive gear will be allowed.  Competitor will start with hands on yoke.
