RULES

1. Sigmarsson's Lift- Named after the memorable Jon Paul Sigmarsson, the Max Axle 18" Deadlift will give you three attempts to out lift your competition! "There is no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift!" Straps and Suits are OK, hitching is allowed, no sumo. Athlete has 60 seconds per attempt to properly lockout the deadlift.
2. Berserker Press (Viking Press)- Athlete has 60 seconds to attempt to press the weight as many times as they can. Down commands are given at full lock out. No soft knees. Elbows straight. Head through. Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves are ok.
3. Stone of Strength - A Stone to Shoulder for reps event. Athlete cannot start with hands on the stone. Athlete must lift the stone onto their shoulder, and extend their other arm to the side and wait for the down command to be given. 60 second time limit to get as many reps as possible Tacky is OK to use.
4. Odin's Wheel (Conan's Wheel)- Athlete has 60 seconds to carry the apparatus as far as they can around the circle. A measurement will be taken once time runs out.
5. Pillars of Asgard (Hercules Hold)- Hold onto the pillars as long as you can! No straps, stand up and hold on! Athlete to hold on the longest wins!
6. TIE BREAKER- In the event of a tie, athletes will face off head to head on a double overhand axle deadlift HOLD. Athletes will stand up and lock out and hold on tight! Athlete to hold on the longest wins!

Awards will be given for 1st-3rd place finishers. A best lifter award will be given to the highest Women's and Men's Max 18" deadlift.
