RULES
Axle C&P
- 60 second time limit
- Athlete will start behind the implement, hands NOT on implement
- You CAN use belt to rest. Lockout: feet parallel, knees and elbows locked, head through
- Equipment: MBPC Axle Bar (68lbs empty, 70lbs w/ collars)
- Athlete will Clean and press away. Please wait for down command when fully locked out
- Down command will be given at full lock out, if skipped the rep will NOT count
- If repeated down commands are skipped, one rep will be taken away for each skipped down command
- DO NOT drop weight from over head/chest level. Bring down under control
- If dropped from over head, a 5 rep penalty will be given. It's also up to the discretion of the Judge to zero the event for the lifter
- Elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk OK. No elbow wraps, no sticky substance of any kind allowed
- Athlete w/ most reps in 60 sec wins this event
Sandbag Toss Over Bar
- Athletes will start with their hand on the cross bar implement
- Once the "GO" command is given, the athletes will run to the lightest bag first and finishing with the heaviest
- A 60 second time limit is given to complete this event
- If the Athlete cannot complete all six bags, a time will be taken from the last bag completed
- Height will be set at 13’ for Women and 15' for Men
- If a bag gets hung-up on the cross bar, it does count as a completed rep
- Equipment: Cerberus Throwing Bags/Custom GunnyMFG uprights and cross bar
- Athlete to complete all six bags over bar the quickest wins this event
Stone of Strength (Stone to Shoulder )
- 60 second time limit to get as many reps as possible
- Athlete cannot start with hands on the stone, will start behind the implement
- Athlete must lift the stone onto their shoulder, and extend their other arm to the side and wait for the down command to be given
- Down command will be given at lock out, if skipped the rep will NOT count
- If repeated down commands are skipped, one rep will be taken away for each skipped down command
- DO NOT drop stone from shoulder height, please come down w/ stone and not in free fall
- If dropped in free fall, a 5 rep penalty will be given. It's also up to the discretion of the Judge to zero the event for the lifter
- Tacky is OK
- Athlete to complete the most reps in 60 sec wins this event
Odin's Wheel (Conan's Wheel)
- Athlete will start w/ hands on implement
- Once GO command is given, Athlete will carry the implement around the circle
- Marks are on the ground to count as "reps"
- Athlete has a 60 sec time limit to complete as many reps as possible
- Athlete w/ the most "reps" wins this event
Pillars of Asgard (Hercules Hold)
- Athletes will take their grip on the handles hanging from the pillars
- Once Athlete is set, the pillars will be lowered into position
- Judge will ask "Lifter Ready", Athlete will give a nod and the weight will be released
- No hook grip, no straps. Chalk OK
- Athlete to hold onto the pillars the longest wins this event

Awards will be given for 1st-3rd place finishers in the Open & Novice divisions
