Open to all! Cash prizes in four divisions!

Weigh-ins are the same day and start at 8 AM. Lifting starts promptly at 10 AM. We’ll be scoring the event based on total weight lifted.  Attempts will be unlimited and each lifter will have 60 seconds. Athletes will be allowed to start with hands on implement.

Keg Press is from floor to overhead with a clear show of control at lockout. Max weight event.

Keg Load will be picked and loaded over the bar for max weight.

Keg Carry is also max weight for 25 feet. No drops allowed but you can carry it any way you like.

The kegs will be rising bar only - Wessells rule.

Awards will be given to the top three for each category. $250 cash will be given to the first place finisher of each division.

All equipment is allowed except for straps and tacky. 

Spectators are free for all and use of the gym will also be allowed with a signed waiver for the day.

To enter, just send your $25 payment to MadHouse Gym. Payment methods accepted are (Venmo @MadHouseGym) (CashApp $MadHouseGym) or you can send an email to MadHouseComps@gmail.com and we’ll send you a payment link so you can pay by card. Otherwise, payment in person is just fine also. Once payment is made, send us an email to the MadHouseComps@gmail.com to let us know that you registered. Include your shirt size and the division that you wish to compete in.
