Last Man Standing Log Press

Competitors can enter at any weight, but they must take every attempt after they begin lifting. Example: Lifter's weight class starts the event at 135 lbs but said lifter enters at 205lbs, the athlete must then take EVERY ATTEMPT after their entry. Competitors may Strict Press, Push press, Push Jerk,  or split jerk the log. Per USS rules the log may NOT Rest on any portion of the head or face during the lift. No lever belts allowed. 20 pound jumps for men, 10 pound jumps for women.

Men will be using a Bartos 12 inch Log and women will be using a 10 inch titan log. 

Santa's Sleigh Pull:

Competitors will start strapped into a truck pull harness and carry Santa's Sleigh loaded with 2 sandbags 40 feet and then carry the two sandbags back to the starting line. 60 seconds to complete. Video of the event will be posted 

9 inch silver Dollar Deadlift

Athletes will be deadlifting with a Silver Dollar apparatus while standing on a platform that lowers the pick height to 9 inch. Bar in question will be an Ohio Power Bar. No Touch and Go allowed, no Figure 8's, and no deadlift suits/briefs. Up/and down commands. 

Axle Clean and Press Away: 

On judges command Clean axle from the floor and press away for as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Contental clean allowed. No Belt cleans. Cannot have more than 1 under belt and/or 1 hard belt.  Must wait for down command.  

Equipment allowed

Wrist wraps, Belt, elbow & knee sleeves, Chalk allowed.

Keg Carry and Load Series

Athlete will carry and load 3 kegs in the fastest time possible. Split times will be taken for each keg successfully load. Athlete starts with hand touching the yoke and sprints 20 feet to the first keg, carries the keg to the yoke (50 inches for men, 46 inches for women) and repeats this for two more kegs. Belts and sleeves are fine, no gloves grip shirt or tacky allowed.
