Registration/Weigh in's:  10/18 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm           10/19 from 9:00am to 10:00am

Requirements for registration: 

1. United States Strongman Membership.
2. Identification
3. Body Weight
4. Opening Log Press Attempt
5. Conan’s Wheel Height

Rules Meeting:  10:15 am

Contest Start:  11:00 am

For all events: 

1. Tacky is not allowed.
2. Chalk is allowed.
3. One hard and one soft belt are permitted.
4. Sleeves and wraps are allowed.
5. Grip Shirts are allowed.

1. Max Log C & P Log and Plates will be weighed for open competitors-Approximately 20lb jumps for Men and 10lb jumps for Women, Novice, and Teens. 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts with Wessels Rule. No built up belts.  Feet parallel, knees and elbows locked with head through.  Must receive a down command.
2. Wagon Wheel Deadlift 13’ pick with deadlift bar – 60 second time limit-max reps. Straps, belts, and suits allowed. No sumo.  Hitching allowed, hips and knees locked.  Up and down commands will need to be followed.
3. Incline Log Press-60 second time limit-max reps.  Log begins on the ground.  Athlete may begin with hands on the log.  On command athlete must lift the log from the ground, sit on the bench, then roll to their chest.  Butt and upper back must be making contact with the bench prior to the press.  Elbows locked and feet must be contacting the floor.  Down commands only.
4. Conan’s Wheel Carry-max distance, no drops, no drags, or slides prior to finishing.  Athlete will not be allowed to shelf arms nor implement on their belt.
5. Carry Load Medley:  Coal Miner’s Widow Maker, Sandbag, and Keg.  Gloves are permitted.  Carry each 25ft then load over 50in.  Women, Novice, and Teens will  carry+load sandbagàkeg and finish with loading Widow Maker at 44in.
