Weigh Ins: 4-3 from 3:00pm to 7:30pm at Lift Hard Strength Club 328 Tunnelton St, Kingwood WV.
4-4 from 8:00am to 9:30am at Craig Civic Center 311 Tunnelton St, Kingwood WV.
Rules Meeting 9:30am, contest start 10:00am at Craig Civic Center
Spectator Tickets $10 at the door.

Strongman Corporation membership is required for all competitors and can be purchased online at https://strongmancorporation.com/memberships/. Please note that USS and Strongman Corporation are not the same, and you will need a Strongman Corporation membership for this competition.
Nationals bids will be awarded in Open classes based on the number of athletes in each class as follows:
- 1 athlete in a class: the promoter may merge the class with another class; if the athlete competes alone they will earn an invite by completing (i.e. not “zeroing”) at least 4 of the 5 events to the standards originally set forth by the promoter.
- 2-4 athletes in a class: 1st place qualifies for Nationals
- 5-9 athletes in a class: 1st and 2nd place qualify for Nationals
- 10+ athletes in a class: 1st-3rd place qualify for Nationals
Masters Athletes qualify for America's Strongest Master by placing in the top 3 of a Masters class *or* in the top 5 of an Open class.
Teens qualify for America's Strongest Teen by participating in a Teen, Novice, or Open division.
Weigh-ins will be conducted in KILOGRAMS and there is NO "allowance" for clothing. For example, an athlete in the 64kg class must weigh in at 64.0kg or less. Athletes must weigh in wearing (minimally) a bra and underwear.
Event 1: Max 18" Silver Dollar Deadlift
Equipment allowed: 1 hard belt, 1 soft belt, deadlift suit or briefs, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk
Wessels rules. 30 seconds per attempt. Opening weight must be given to judge before event start. Rising bar format. Bar must be lifted to a fully locked out position: knees, hips extended, shoulders back. Suits, briefs and straps allowed. Athletes can strap in before clock starts. Down commands will be given.
Event 2: Log Press
Equipment allowed: 1 hard belt, 1 soft belt, grip shirt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk
On start command athlete will clean and press the log after down command will press away for the remaining 60 second time period. Most reps wins. Athlete must stay in control of the implement. Drops from lockout will result in no rep.
Event 3: Sandbags of Suffering
Equipment allowed: 1 hard belt, 1 soft belt, grip shirt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk
Athlete will start in the middle of 2 yokes positioned 20' apart. There will be a sandbag at each yoke. On start Command athlete will run to 1 yoke and load sandbag over a 44'' bar after a successful load will move to the other yoke to load sandbag over a 44'' bar. This will continue until the athlete can no longer load sandbag or the 60 second time period has expired. Most number of reps over bar will win. 60 second time limit.
Event 4: Yoke
Equipment allowed: 1 hard belt, 1 soft belt, grip shirt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk
Athlete will get set in yoke, on start command athlete will carry yoke 40' until front of yoke crosses line then turn around and carry it 40' back. Drops are allowed. Fastest time wins or distance will be measured.
Event 5: WV State Front Hold
Equipment allowed: 1 hard belt, 1 soft belt, grip shirt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk
On start command athlete will hold object in front of them as long as possible. Arms must be straight. Athletes butt and back must remain in contact with the wall. Time will stop when arms drop below parallel.
