This is DAY TWO of the 2021 USS Europa Orlando Strongman Series. Day one is the record breaker event, and day two is the conventional strongman show. Top 3 athletes in each class receive an award. One T-shirt is included with the entry fee.

The Europa charges an admission fee to all NON ATHLETE AND STAFF attending ($25/day for adults, $10/day for children 6-12)

If you plan on brining food and drink in for the competition, please do not bring it in a visible cooler. Please put it in your gym bag, so the security staff will not question you. Athletes and staff will be given entry credentials at day before check in/weigh ins. 

As of now, there are no required covid protocols in place, however that could change based on the venue's request. You are welcome to take all pre-cautions you feel are necessary, although I discourage athletes from wearing face coverings for their own safety.  

Weigh in's will be on Friday morning (Location/exact time TBD).

Axle: You will have 60 seconds to clean and press as many reps as you can. Belt, wrist wraps elbow and knee sleeves are permitted. No straps and DL suits. Grip shirts allowed. No resting axle on the belt. Shoes required

Deadlift: You will have 60 seconds to lock out as many reps as you can. Belt, straps, wrist wraps and elbow sleeves are permitted. Shin high socks are required. No DL suits. No resting bar on the legs, but hitching/ramping is permitted. Down command only.

Viking Press: You will have 60 seconds to lock out as many reps as you can. Belt wrist wraps knee and elbow sleeves are permitted. No DL suits. Shoes are required. You may push press but you cannot double under. Unlimited drops.

Farmer carry: You may begin with hands on the bar. You will have a maximum of 60 seconds to complete a 60' straight line course. The fastest time wins. Clock stops when athlete crosses the line, not the bars. Belt, wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves permitted. No straps or DL suits. Shoes are required. Unlimited drops. If athlete purposely drops and throws the bar at any point, a 10 second addition will be added to the final time.

Stone: You will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps over the yoke bar as possible. Staff member will return the stone to you as quick as possible. If you throw the stone and it escapes a staff members reach, time will NOT stop while the stone is being retrieved. Belt and knee sleeves are permitted. No DL suits. Shoes required. Arm covers arm permitted and encouraged. Tacky is permitted in a limited capacity. You will have a designated area to apply and remove tacky ONLY. Tacky application will be done REASONABLY. If the amount of tacky applied exceeds what our officials deem reasonable, you will be asked to remove the tacky and reapply. We are in an indoor expo event and need to treat the facility and equipment with respect. If you are unsure what a reasonable amount is, ask one of our staff members and we will be glad to help you.
